The necessary movement needed for perfect tempering is provided by an integrated solid mixer mechanism. The machine is provided with a hinged cover with a safety device, interrupting the movement of the mixer whenever the cover is opened. Temperature can easily be set on the control pannel in front of the machine. Desired and actual temperature can be compared.
The machine is entirely build of stainless steel and provided with sturdy wheels for easy moving. The kettle can be connected to other equipment and can easy be integrated in any existing workflow. Combined with a molding machine, an almost continuous production line can be set up.
