Rotating table extension for the production of chocolate truffles. After enrobing, truffles can be finished with chocolate flakes or cocoa powder.
The table comes at the end of the conveyor belt of the enrobing unit. The truffles are covered in a bath of chocolate flakes, cocoa powder or chocolate granules.
