- The slicer makes it possible to finely cut soft masses such as praline fillings or marzipan into identical blocks.
- The supplied cutting frames can easily be changed.
- This makes it easy to choose between different widths: 15 mm, 22.5 mm, 30 mm or 37.5 mm.
- The wires of the cutting frame are made of stainless steel wire of 0.5 mm thick.
