Chocolate and confectionary coating machine
This chocolate machine is based on a tempering machine with chocolate pump and conveyor. The machine is designed for the automated enrobing of large quantities of fine chocolates in high demanding production environments. The chocolate machine comes as a stand alone unit and combines melting, tempering and enrobing. It can be used in conjuction with any other Mol d’Art equipment like additional melting kettles or cooling tunnels, creating exactly the production line that suits your specific needs.
The automatic enrobing unit has a bandwidth of 40 cm. The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel and is very easy to maintain and to operate.
Accurate temperature control and a closed water circuit ensure stable temperatures and perfect conditions at every stage during processing large batches of chocolates. All controls for melting, tempering and enrobing are grouped on a central operation pannel.
The 40cm enrobing machine comes with additional heathing elements for the conveyor belt, to prevent excess chocolate from sticking to the conveyor belt. The chocolate coating machine has a capacity of 500 kg of chocolate per day. In combination with a melting kettle and a cooling tunnel, a continuos and evenly automated enrobing production line can be established.
