Industrial chocolate truffle production unit

This fully automated unit turns out at least 200 kg truffles per hour. It includes an enrobing unit with a tempering function and a spinning unit. Both operate on 380V and are powered through a shared switch box.

The reservoir for the enrobing unit can hold 100kg of chocolate.
In addition to automatic tempering, it also includes:

  • a 600mm wide rack,
  • the chocolate is supplied by a TM4 chocolate pump,
  • adjustable enrobing thickness,
  • all motors can be adjusted independently,
  • adjustable thermostat,
  • adjustable vibration, air and start.

The enrobing unit is made entirely from stainless steel and is accessible through a folding window made of 3 mm plexiglas.

Industrial spinning unit

The enrobed truffles are transported up to the spinning unit by continuous belt.
Once in the unit a system of five perforated belts will deck them with chocolate flakes. The finished truffles then leave the unit from below to be sent to a chiller and packaging.

Sprinkling or dusting is fully automated in a fully enclosed unit. The excess material is taken automatically back up to the feed hopper on top of the unit.

All motors are independently adjustable so that the machine can be used in combination with any enrober, and naturally the spinning unit is made entirely from stainless steel.
