Jean-Pierre Wybauw worked for 37 years as a consultant and teacher at Barry Callebaut. Now he is mainly active as an international consultant.
He constantly traveled around the world to teach chocolatiers the tricks of the trade and to give lectures in renowned vocational schools. He is now an independent consultant and provides worldwide advice on chocolate and confectionery. He has also been a valued jury member in international competitions for years. In 2002 he received the title of “Chef of the Year” from the Culinary Institute of America.
